ARTISTIC PROCESS
Passionate about textures and reliefs which give life in another dimension to her paintings, Fontaine explores her figures attitude through forms, colours and émotionnel subjects.
We can feel her fascination with the tribal side of people.Always battling with duality, at the figurative limit, and often using errors as the motive for creation we feel the tribal and mystic in her work. The anatomy and design have been her subjects of inspiration for a long time.
She utilizes new contemporary techniques; adding to her work various materials and objects, sometimes unusual, often recovered: rusted metal plates, waved cardboard and various papers. Through bold strokes she distinguishes herself through a variety of techniques as well as her unique expressionist style. She constantly strives to explore emotion, depth and movement through a vibrant contrast of shadows and striking luminosity. his works, more and more coveted, is found in several countries of
the world. In 2020 she is exploring other mediums such as monotypes and recycling art and developing her art with a new series bringing the human subject and nature closer together.
